We are leaders in our industry for (RIM) reaction injection molding of polyurethane foams.\u00a0 We know foam. It is cliche but so true.\u00a0 Prideful of our over 20 years of experience providing solutions through concept development, tooling development and foam processing.\u00a0 Our successes lie in multiple market segments guiding our customers from a napkin sketch or a print all the way to finished goods.<\/p>

Great Lakes Foam Technologies hails from 5 generations of entrepreneurs passing down wisdom in business.\u00a0 Learning from the ones who know best is the key to our success.<\/p>

GLFT flourished as a partnership starting in 2004.\u00a0 It grew exponentially serving a broad range of markets including; military, marine, medical, home goods, athletic \/ sporting and automotive.\u00a0 After 11 years of growth we sold in 2015 to a group we thought would care for the business as we did.\u00a0 Unfortunately, that group filed for bankruptcy as a conglomerate of 8 facilities in just 7 short years.<\/p>

The customer base and relationships we had fostered for decades were suddenly left without supply.\u00a0 So, the only thing left to do was to dust off the GLFT name once again and get our prized customers taken care of.<\/p>

GLFT reopened the first of 2024 with a new facility in the thriving industrial park of Litchfield Mi.\u00a0 We are grateful to serve all of our old customers once again and look forward to providing solutions to new ones.<\/p>
